Elite Tours & Travel, Inc. – Policies
ALL FARES ARE NET FARES AND DO NOT INCLUDE TAXES & SURCHARGES.
ALL FARES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME.

Booking Guidelines:

  • No bookings will be accepted within three (3) business days of departure.
    Please call Elite Tours & Travel, Inc.
    at 1-800-ELITE-20 (800-3548-320) to book.  Late booking fees will apply.  
  • E-Tickets are commonly available for web bookings for most itineraries.
  • If the passenger wants a paper ticket when an e-ticket is available there is an additional fee from the airline,
    refer to the airline desk at the airport for more details.

Fare Guarantees:

  • Fares are subject to change without notice.
  • Fare is guaranteed:
    1. After confirmed with the CRS record. (Max one day response)
    2. When accompanied by a valid credit card payment. In the event of a credit card transaction being declined for any reason, fare is subject to change until a valid form of payment is received and approved by Elite Tours & travel, Inc.
  • Elite Tours & Travel, Inc. may rebook certain itineraries due to routing problems or schedule changes.  The new itinerary will be emailed/faxed to the booking agent/agency.
  • All changes to payment information must immediately be called directly to Elite Travel.

Payment:

  • We accept all major credit cards:
  • American Express
    Visa
    MasterCard
    Discover Card - Not valid for bookings on Lufthansa / El Al.
  • DEBIT CARDS-can be used with a major credit card symbol on the debit card.
  • Check Payment:  Check payment method is allowed only if the ticket time limit is 14 days or over.
    The reservations will be held up to 5 days prior to ticketing day, if payment is not received and cleared prior to ticketing deadline we are encouraging to change the payment method to Credit card otherwise the reservation will be cancelled.
  • We do accept third party credit cards with the appropriate authorization form – please contact Elite Tours & Travel, Inc. prior to doing so.
    Payments received after 3:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day, will not be processed until the following business day.

Shipping & Delivery:

  • Elite Tours & Travel, Inc. charges $10.00 for certified two-day delivery and $25 for rush delivery if made by 2:00PM eastern time.
  • Tickets will be delivered within  (5) five business days after the reservations is complete with a valid form of payment.

Cancellation, Refunds and Changes – Penalties

  • No Shows are non refundable, non exchangeable and non void able!!!
  • Cancellations:
    Cancellation penalties or fees apply to all canceled bookings.  For exact penalties, please refer to the   "PENALTIES" box in the payment section when completing your booking.   Penalties will also be listed in the confirmation email you receive after completing the booking.  N/A in this area designates a non-refundable / non-changeable ticket. All penalties listed are per ticket.
  • Refunds:       
    Once tickets are returned to Elite Tours & Travel, Inc., Please allow a period of two to three billing cycles (months) for credit card refunds or up to 12 weeks on a check refund. All tickets returned for refund must also have the commission amount returned to Elite Tours & Travel, Inc. Without the return of the commission check we will not process the refund.
  • Changes:
    Change of date penalties and fees apply to all changed bookings after ticketing.  For exact penalties, please refer to the   "PENALTIES" box in the payment section when completing your booking.   Penalties will also be listed in the confirmation email you receive after completing the booking.  N/A in this area designates a non-refundable / non-changeable ticket. All penalties listed are per ticket.

Name Changes:

  • Name changes are not permitted.  Please verify the accuracy of all information before submitting a booking for ticketing. Elite Tours & Travel, Inc. will not reissue tickets due to incorrect information or to correct spelling errors without a penalty fee.  It is the responsibility of the retail or sub-agent to ensure the accuracy of information supplied.   To avoid errors, it is suggested that the passengers’ names and ages be matched and double-checked against the traveler’s passport information at the time of booking.

Frequent Flyer/Special Meal or Seating Requests Schedule Changes:

  • Once booked and ticketed, it is the responsibility of the retail agent, or passenger, to contact the airlines to give Frequent Flyer account information, request special meals, or to arrange seating. It is the responsibility of the passenger to confirm the times of the flights, which have been booked at least 72 hours before their scheduled departure.

Flight Confirmation:

  • We advise to reconfirm all reservations 72 hrs prior to departure and return with appropriate airline.
  • Elite Tours & Travel, Inc. Can not be held responsible for airline schedule changes.

Travel Insurance

  • We strongly suggest purchasing cancellation insurance.

Travel Documents:

  • Photo id may be required at time of check-in.
  • Visa and passport requirements are the responsibilities of the retail agent and passenger to ensure valid passport and entry visas for all destinations prior to booking and ticketing.
