1.) Please check your documents when you receive them. Call if you have any questions.
2.) Reconfirmations: Domestic: We recommend that you reconfirm all flights prior to departure and at each point of stopover. This will give the airline the opportunity to keep you advised of any changes which may have occurred in your flight. International: You must reconfirm your continuing or return reservations at least 72 hours prior to flight time at each point of stopover.
3.) Check-In Requirements: Domestic: 1 hour. International: 2 hours.
4.) Overbooking: Airline flights may be over booked. A person denied boarding on a flight may be entitled to a compensatory payment. The rules for denied boarding are available at all ticket counters.
5.) Changes Or Cancellations: To change or cancel your flight itinerary, call Elite Tours & Travel, Inc. or the airline you are scheduled to take. If cancelling, return the unused tickets to us for refund or credit. Most special, excursion, and discount tickets have various travel restrictions and may have a penalty for change or cancellation. Be sure you understand these restrictions. If you change your plans en route, ask the airline to apply a value of your unused ticket toward a purchase of a new ticket. If a refund is due, obtain a receipt from the airline. If you are holding guaranteed hotel reservations which you may wish to cancel, notify the hotel as soon as possible and in no event later than 4 p.m. local time to avoid mandatory payment.
6.) Excursion And Promotional Fares: Most discount fares involve certain restrictions. A change in carrier(s), flight(s), or routing(s) could result in a carrier demanding a full fare. Obtain agency or airline assistance before making changes.
7.) Insurance: Airline and other travel suppliers' insurance for baggage have limited liability. Your personal insurance may not adequately cover losses incurred by cancellation, accident, illness or stolen or damaged property. We strongly urge you to purchase additional insurance offered to you.
8.) This Ticket Has Value!: If you change your ticketing en route, INSIST that the remaining value of the original ticket be applied toward the cost of the new ticket-with either additional collection or refund of any difference being made if necessary. If the person doing the re-ticketing refused your request, obtain a name or an identification and advise us of details upon return.
9.) Lost Tickets: Lost, stolen or destroyed tickets must be paid for until refund is obtained from the issuing airline, subject to an airline imposed service charge.
10.) Prepaid Tickets: If your travel arrangements involves a request for prepaid airline tickets, picked up by the passenger at an airline ticket counter, please note that most carriers require a mandatory non-refundable service charge. We appreciate your understanding of this charge imposed by the airline and not by our office, in order to provide this service.
11.) Tickets: Cancelled or unused tickets must be returned for proper credit. Lost, stolen or destroyed tickets must be paid for until refund is received from the issuing carrier, subject to an airline imposed service charge.
12.) Hotels: Are usually confirmed on a guaranteed payment basis. If you cancel or change plans, please notify your hotel(s) by 4:00 p.m. local time to avoid mandatory payment. Resort hotels may require 72 hours advance notice.
13.) Responsibility: Elite Tours & Travel, Inc. acts only as agent in all matters connected with the making and securing of reservation for trasportation, accommodations, tours, and/or other arrangements for the retail clients of this agency and for various disclosed principals and contractors in the form
of airlines, ship lines, tour wholesalers, limousine services, and owners or contractors providing accommodations,
transportation, and/or other services, hereinafter referred to as "suppliers". Elite Tours & Travel, Inc. does not own, manage, control, or operate
any transportation vehicle, hotel, restaurant, insurance company, tour or sightseeing company or any other service that would fit into the
classification of "supplier". As an agent, all coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts and tickets issued by this travel agent and/or
other "suppliers" are subject to any and all related tariffs as well as the terms and conditions specified by each "supplier". The acceptance
of such coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts, and tickets shall be deemed to be consent to the foregoing conditions and also to
the further conditions and also to the further condition that neither Elite Tours & Travel, Inc. nor any of its representatives shall be or become liable
or responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to person, property or otherwise in connection with any accommodations, trasportation or
other services resulting directly or indirectly from any acts of God, including but not limited to dangers incident to the sea, fire, breakdown
in machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities, de jure or de facto, wars, whether declare or not, hostilities, civil
distrubances, strikes, riots, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines medical or customs regulations, defaults, delays or cancellations of or changes
in itinerary, routing or schedules form any cause beyond the control of this travel agency or from any loss or damage resulting from insufficient
improperly issued passports, visas or other documents and that neither this travel agency nor any of its representatives shall be or become
liable or responsible for any additional or liability sustained or incurred as a result of this foregoing causes. This travel agency is not
responsible nor liable for defaults of "suppliers" or any other person, company or incorporation not directly under its control. In the case of
air, ship, rail, automobile, or other form of transportation, the passenger contract in use by the provider of such transportation, when issued,
shall constitute the sole contract between the passenger and such airline, ship line, railroad, car rental, or other company.
IMPORTANT: If you arrive at an airline ticket or passenger check-in counter with your confirmed ticket and find that the airline shows no reservation
for you-do not leave the counter. Check your ticket. If the status box shows "OK" for the flight in question, the airline must accommodate you on that flight,
or if that is not possible, they must either find you a substitute flight or pay you denied boarding compensation. If necessary ask to speak to a supervisor.
Disclaimer Of Liability: Elite Tours & Travel, Inc. is acting as an intermediary or as agent for suppliers in selling services, or in accepting reservations or bookings
for services which are not directly supplied by this Travel Agency (such as air carriage, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, tours, cruises, etc.)
Elite Tours & Travel, Inc., therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers,
which result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or you travel companions or group members. Unless the term "guaranteed" is specifically stated in writing
on you ticket, invoice or reservation itinerary, we do not guarantee any of such suppliers' rates, bookings or reservations. Your retention of tickets, reservations or bookings after issuance shall
constitute a consent of the above, and an agreement on your part to convey the contents hereof to your travel companions or group members. This Travel Agency herein gives notice that
it cannot be held responsible for any disruption of travel and/or related services in "troubled areas," due to Monetary Crisis, Political or Social Unrest, Labor Problems, Mechanical or Construction
Difficulties, Climatic Aberrations, Local Laws, Diseases, or Novel Conditions, including Terrorist Activities.
